Had a bad week week with my diet and I'm feeling it everywhere. My body aches and my mind is a little cluttered. I don't seem to have those issues when I'm eating well , so that definitely needs to improve. Mastery requires a sound mind and body but without the right fuel that is not going to happen. First step , more water , a small step but a step in the right direction.

Good for you for cluing in as our bodies are very wise and send us messages constantly. What is fed into the body is paramount for how our bodies and minds feel. Water is a great first step.
ReplyDeleteI made some bad food choices one day this week as well, it took two days to recover! It's time to re-define treat night, greasy, salt-laden food is no longer the answer!
ReplyDeleteHaving the ability to recognize that your body is reacting to poor diet habits is a reflection of your high level of training. It may seem basic but not everyone posses this ability. For example people that eat fast food for breakfasts lunch and dinner. They cant feel the difference that makes to their body because they have never experienced how their body should feel. Keep up the hard work and you will accomplish your goals.
