Injuries/Stances

     Injuries are a part of life. I've had my fair share  ,they have slowed my progress and changed my direction but I've never let them stop me. Broken toe , swollen knees , swollen elbows are just a few. Right now , my right elbow is a problem , I start my morning by taking anti inflammatories and end my day doing the same. Some days are better than others and I'm doing as much as it lets me. 

    This week I spent working on my stances in Kempo and their transitions from one to another. Fixing my feet , turning on the ball of my foot instead of my heel.
