Unbroken boards

Thanks again to those who organized and worked the Tiger Challenge.

My anxiety gets the better of me every tournament. Therefor I get so wound up ,feeling rushed when I'm not. That I over ,or under think what I'm doing. If I could just turn off those voices that no one else can hear I believe that would help.

I think I know where I messed up my board break sequence. Well there are really two things I could have done to make that a break. 1 have my target a little higher and 2 my trajectory was going down instead of level. Plus the fact that I was more worried about the knife hand break than the punch, and I hardly felt the knife go thru that board. Over thinking what I believed was the harder beak and over confident on the one I believed to be easier.
